Speedy GLZ Construction Inc. is a family managed company established in 1999 that specializes in contracting and self-performing division 9 for clients in DC, MD & VA. Speedy GLZ Construction Inc. is a bonded and insured company based out of Springfield Virginia. The company holds a Class A Contractors license with CBC/RBC for Construction Contracting and H/H for Civil Engineering on horizontal infrastructure projects. The company handles all aspects of construction management in order to carry out an organized project that is beneficial to all parties involved. Speedy GLZ Construction Inc. also navigates small scale GC work for our residential clients. Due to the priority that safety holds within the company the Vice President of the company personally handles all trainings, certifications and orientations associated with safety. The company has experience working directly for owners on residential builds, private builders as well as State and Federal projects that require certified payroll and First Source to be realized. Speedy GLZ Construction Inc. prides itself on the fact that all projects in some form or another have the direct involvement of the President and Vice President to insure that the client is well aware of the importance that their project holds, focusing on standards that were set from the inception of the company, every build matters. Speedy GLZ Construction Inc. is proud to announce its DC CBE/DBE partnerships, as well as partnerships in infrastructure that focuses on VA DBE, SWAM & VDOT Prequalification.
